Processing Time
Orders are carefully packed and shipped within 2–3 business days of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Personalized or made-to-order items may take longer to prepare.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard shipping is based on your order subtotal:

$0.00 – $1.99: $2.95
$2.00 – $7.99: $4.95
$8.00 – $19.99: $5.95
$20.00 – $100.00: $9.95
$100.01 – $250.00: $59.95
$250.01 – $500.00: $99.95
$500.01 and up: $120.95

Express shipping is available within the US for $15.00.

International Shipping
International orders are charged based on your order subtotal:

$0.00 – $1.99: $7.95
$2.00 – $7.99: $9.95
$8.00 – $19.99: $11.95
$20.00 – $100.00: $15.95
$100.01 – $250.00: $119.95
$250.01 – $500.00: $199.95
$500.01 and up: $201.95

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. Umbrellas are not available for international shipping.

Additional Shipping Charges
Some products need extra shipping because of their size, weight, or fragility:

Mugs: $2.50 per mug
Umbrellas: $16.95 per order (US only)

These charges are added automatically at checkout, and you will see your full shipping cost before you complete your order.

Delivery Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away, and we will do our best to update the order before it ships.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery, and include photos of the item and the packaging. If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us, and we will help you work with the carrier.

Marketplace Orders
If you purchased an Arks-N-Barks product through Amazon, Walmart, or another marketplace, that retailer's shipping policy applies. Please contact them directly.
